Boost Social Skills Through Art Therapy

 

Building LEGO together in a group setting is a unique and creative way to express yourself and connect with others. Join us in a supportive space to work through challenges and build relationships using the power of imagination and play. Improve communication and social skills, develop problem-solving abilities, build self-awareness, and strengthen self-confidence.


1st - 3rd Grade

Believe it or not, slime isn’t just slimy! Let’s use slime-making as a tool to build self-awareness, strengthen your sense of self, and develop social skills. Explore and experiment with different textures, scents, and colors while also collaborating and sharing with others. No prior slime-making experience is necessary.

Just come ready to create!


3rd - 5th Grade

There is so much power in journaling, but words can be daunting. Come and explore the world of journaling through the creative process. Learn to journal through a variety of art mediums, collage, and creative writing techniques. Build self-awareness, strengthen your sense of self, overcome obstacles, work on problem-solving skills, and enhance communication.


Middle School

 

Price per package of six 1-hour sessions: $600
Once you register, we will reach out to confirm your spot. Groups will begin as soon as they are full. Payment must be received before the first session.

Each session will consist of 45 minutes of art therapy concluding with 15 minutes of snack time and social skills practice. Parents will receive a newsletter recapping each session, highlighting the skills learned through art therapy.
